I am looking at registering for an autocross this Sunday at Michigan International Speedway. The motorsportreg.com page says 3 runs. Has anyone run MIS with Detroit SCCA recently? For only 3 runs I won’t be making the trip.

Yup, that sounds about right. Look up the MSCC event in Livonia, their run/work setup is interesting but you’ll normally get 4 to 5.

South Bend region also organizes the Track Night in America events at Gingerman, good people!

Thanks for all the info. I don’t think I am ready for a Track Night yet. Maybe in the spring. There or Waterford in preparation for SCCA Targa 2017 or 18.

NP! for what it’s worth, Gingerman a is super safe course. Tons of runoff. And if you ever go there and decide to hashtag any photos... use #gingermanraceway, not just #gingerman, unless you want to get categorized with redheaded dudes.
